No official cause of death was given but reports peg her as one of two victims of a car accident in Artesia Thursday.
A white 2014 Chevrolet Corvette traveling north on 13th Street at about 11:30 p.m. crashed into a utility pole, causing a power outage and a closure of the road leading to Memorial Drive at Artesia General Hospital.
The road was reopened by Friday afternoon.
Two people were deceased in the crash. Neither have been formally identified but some reports list them as Mallory Ebert and Aaron Harmon, both of Artesia.
