Actress Lydia Forson has descended heavily on Christians on social media for their attacks on people involving themselves in the trending Silhouette Challenge on social media.

According to Lydia Forson, it’s high time Christians avoid the life of hypocrisy and rather focus on living exemplary lives worth emulating in society.

In recent times, social media has seen lots of trending issues, the latest being the #SilhouetteChallenge. This trending issue has been met with critics. While some have no problem with it, others condemn the act completely on social media.

Addressing the issue, Lydia Forson said Christians channel their energy in issues that barely affect them instead of their main purpose which is winning souls for Christ. She asked them to be more concerned about issues of Christ and living a life worth following instead of always condemning people for their actions. He said;

Christians should spend more time living a life worthy of emulation than constantly policing others on how they live. How many souls have you won for Christ by constantly attacking, insulting, and burning incense in peoples comments? Also, stop beating your house girl, is that Christian?”

“Why must you wait to start a challenge ONLY when the one trending isn’t favorable to you. So all this while you didn’t know to encourage people to read a book or post a scripture? Sa mu nhwehw3nim no mon gyae. You’ve been on Lydia Forson’s internet all these years and NOT ONCE did you challenge anyone to read the Bible”.
