NGO (A non-governmental organization) is an association normally citizen-based that independently carry out its functions without government interference usually to serve some social or political purpose.
The World Bank grouped NGOs into two. The operational NGOs, which primary concern is to develop projects and the advocacy NGOs whose major goal is to promote a cause.
List Of NGOs In Ghana
There are several NGOs in Ghana operating in different capacities in different sectors of the country. Most of the NGOs work through volunteers and are financed through donations.
Some are local NGOs while others are International NGOs These NGOs are very helpful to the country socially, politically, economically educationally etc, I will be updated as time goes on.

This organization is a registered Non – Governmental organization. Which started in 2005 as an organization aimed at promoting Baseball and Softball throughout Ghana.
The name was changed in 2007 to Sports and Youth Development Organization Ghana. This was in other to include more sports and youth development activities. One of the new activities included was skate soccer and also beach soccer.
Their aim was to provide an umbrella for the physically challenged, destitute, and less privileged youths in Ghana through activities like sports, education, healthcare and the art of helping one another.
