Speaking in an interview with vanityfair.com , KP Boateng, who is currently with Besiktas, expressed concern over the issue that has been the talk of the world in the last few weeks.

With the cruel and inhumane murder of American George Floyd, many Black/ African Americans and other members of the minority rose up in protest against what they believe to be an unfair system that is a huge disadvantage to the minority races in the country.

This Protestant sparked worldwide conversation on racism with many football and other sporting stars adding their voice to what they believe is a major issue in society and sport.

speaking in the interview with vanityfair.com, KP Boateng said;

“We must show that we are all on the same and equal side. If one day my son comes and tells me that he is insulted by his colour at school, we all lose that day. We must unite against racism. ”, Boateng told vanityfair.it on what can be done to eliminate racism.”

KP Boateng himself has been a victim of this cruel practice several times, with him at one time walking off the pitch in a friendly game against an  Italian fourth tier club 7 years ago.
