Award-winning record producer, talent manager and sound engineer, David Kojo Kyei known as Kaywa has expressed disappointment in ungrateful artiste who doesn’t appreciate the help given to them by people.
According to Kaywa, ingratitude destroys an artiste’s image and follows him or her everywhere throughout life.
Kaywa has been in the news for a while now following a song theft allegation from his former signee, Kurl Songx in which the artiste alleged that Mr. Drew’s ‘Dwe’ was originally written by him. His allegation made the headlines for days.
Unclear about his reason for his statement on Wednesday, Kaywa told host Amansan Krakye of Radio Central that artistes who exhibit ingratitude are mostly failures in life because they don’t get to climb the success ladder. He advised such artistes to desist from that habit and rather work hard on their craft.
“if you don’t learn how to say thank you and appreciate what someone has done for you and at the long run behave as if you didn’t benefit anything from what someone has done for you, it destroys your image and you’ll live with it forever”, he said.
He stressed that God acknowledges a grateful heart and that every act of gratitude is greatly rewarded by God.
