Who Is Kakra Essamuah
Lawyer Kakra Essamuah is the communications director for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).
He was formerly a youth activist of the New Patriotic Party who in 1998 contested but failed to win the party’s general secretary post against Dan Botwe.
He was expelled from the party shortly before the 2000 general elections following his high praise of the performance at a press conference of then-candidate Professor J.E.A. Mills of the then ruling National Democratic Congress.
He is a member of the National Executive Council (NEC).
