A juvenile motorcyclist identified as Julian Drennan lost his life in a crash in Clermont County, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

A juvenile motorcyclist identified as Julian Drennan lost his life in a crash in Clermont County, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

It happened on Smith Road in Goshen Township just before 2 p.m. Friday, the patrol said in a news release.

Julian Drennan was operating a 2003 Honda CBR600F motorcycle northbound on Smith Road when it traveled off of the right side of the roadway, struck a culvert, and then overturned, OSP says their preliminary investigation shows.

Julian sustained serious injuries and was transported by EMS to the Bethesda North Hospital.

He was later transferred to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.

He was wearing a helmet when the crash occurred, OSP says.

The accident remains under investigation.
