- He took to his official twitter page to announce his intentions on Wednesday
Award-winning actor turned entrepreneur, John Dumelo has pleaded with Canadian the security experts who were flown into the country to help find the missing Canadian girls to stay a while longer and help find the missing Takoradi girls.
The actor made this announcement on his official twitter page on Wednesday after the two missing Canadian nationals were found in Kumasi in a joint operation between Canadian experts and the Kumasi police.
Some few days ago, news broke out that two Canadian girls on an exchange program in Kumasi had been kidnapped in front of their hostel in Kumasi. This sent mixed reactions between sections of the Ghanaian society and even the foreign community, with three nations namely Canada, United Kingdom and Australia declaring Ghana as an unsafe destination for tourists.
The Canadian authorities flew a team of security experts into the country to help find the girls and early on Wednesday, news broke out that the girls have been found in a base inside the Ashanti Region.
Meanwhile, 3 Takoradi girls who went missing in the last few months of 2018 still remain missing with no clue of knowing their whereabouts.
John Dumelo, who sounded very passionate to help find the missing Takoradi girls for their obviously aggrieved families on his twitter page said he is more than willing to pay for the accommodation of these security experts should they stay and help locate the girls for their families and pleaded with them to stay.
