Hon. ‘Joe Wise’ is not wise as his name suggests – Kwame A Plus

Kwame A Plus has said that the first deputy speaker of parliament and Member of Parliament for Bekwai, Honourable Joseph Osei Owusu known as Joe Wise is not a wise human being as his name suggests.

A-Plus’ comments come after the Bekwai MP defended the president for not commenting on the deaths recorded during the December 7th elections at the just-ended State of the Nation Address 2020.

Joe Wise in an interview after the SONA 2020 said the president needs to stay out of the on-going situation and allow the appropriate authorities to deal with the issues. He established that the president need not to talk if a criminal is shot down. 

Reacting to the comments of Joe Wise, A Plus established that it was wrong for the MP to say that. Among other things, he said; “How can a lawyer draw such a conclusion without proof? After stating categorically that they are criminals you turn around to say we should allow investigators to do their work. So how did you conclude that they were criminals when you know that investigation to establish what actually happened is ongoing.This man is not “Wise” as his name suggest but I’m not surprised because this is the same man who proposed that people suspected to be involved in illegal mining must be shot on sight. And this is the deputy speaker of parliament”.
