Ekow Smith-Asante, says he wished he got married before attaining fame.
The film star believes that it is more easier to find genuine love when one is not famous than when one becomes famous.
“I actually wished that I had married earlier, before the stardom and everything. If you marry genuinely and nobody knows you as someone in the limelight, its a different ball game”, he said on 3FM.
Ekow Smith-Asante also noted that marriage is not as rosy as many people are made to believe.
The actor stated that after some few years of marriage, couples become tired of each other.
“Marriage is about ups and downs, ins and outs so if you don’t apply it carefully, you’ll think that marriage is nice and sweet. But when you stay with each other for a while and you realize the differences between the two individuals which notice from the scratch, you’ll realize very soon that you’re getting tired”, he said.
Ekow Smith-Asante has been married to Mrs. Nittina Asantefor for about five years now.
