Talented Ghanaian musician, Francesca Guwuga known widely as Sista Afia has said that she will not do rap music again.
According to the musician, she prefers to stick to her old style of music which is singing.
Sista Afia thrilled Ghanaians when she released a single in which she was alleged to have thrown shots at female artistes in the country. After her song caused various reactions from various female musicains, she came back with a rap song addressing issues, especially to rapper Eno Barony and Freda Rhymes.
Asked if she will ever do a rap song again on 3fm by Mzgee, the musician had a straight ‘No’ answer. She added that she just had fun with a rap beat and had to address certain issues which she wanted to do with rap. She added that she didn’t want to lose touch with her fans, who know her for singing.
“No no no I’m not doing it again. I just had fun with it…..I want people to love me for my music, I don’t want them to change. I like the style of music that I do. I was just having fun..”, she said.
Meanwhile, the musicians has been trending for a while now after attempting to fight with Freda Rhymes at the TV3 premises on Monday.
