Kennedy Agyapong has kicked against the supply of free covid-19 vaccines to Ghana.
According to Kennedy Agyapong, the supply of free vaccines from the developed economies would increase developing countries’ dependence on them for aid.
The politician speaking on Net2 tv called on his fellow well-to-do Ghanaians to assist the government to procure the covid-19 vaccines. He further indicated that he’s ready to support President Akufo-Addo with one million dollars to help procure the vaccines.
“I’m not bragging but I am prepared to give Akufo-Addo one million dollars to procure the vaccines,” he said.
“I don t like the idea of always going to the developed countries to beg for support as though we cannot do anything for ourselves,” he added.
