Unarguably, the fan base has managed to fill every event center that their icon, Shatta Wale has performed at making him a lovable figure. very notable logo of theirs and that of Shatta Wale is the ‘SM4LYF’ logo which has over the years been inscribed on t-shirts and other valuable items.
Dancehall act, Theophilus Nii Arday Otoo popularly known as Epixode has revealed that he was the one behind the design of the popular ‘SM4LYF’ logo which has made waves over the years.
Epixode revealed this in an interview with Accra based Zylofon Fm on Tuesday.
The dancehall music sensation in the interview revealed that way back when the Shatta Movement was gaining grounds and Shatta Wale was still springing up, he did that for him to support his hustle as a brother. He disclosed that he didn’t do it for money but for love for his brother. ” I didn’t do it because i wanted fame or money because back then he wasn’t big as he is now. i saw it from the point of view that i was doing it to help a brother”, he told host Sammy Flex.
The dancehall act added that he feels happy anytime he moves around and see the logo because he knows deep down within him that it was his own small way of pushing a brother and doesn’t have to be hated for that.
