Many have wondered why Shatta Wale was not booked for majority of the shows that have been organized since the start of 2018 and now the dancehall artiste has explained saying that, he got lots of gigs but he decided to turn them down because of his ‘Reign’ Album.

Shatta Wale who was in the studios of Zylofon Fm to talk about his Reign album launch which is happening tomorrow October 13th, 2018 at the Fantasy Dome, Trade Fair made that revelation that, it was not that, no one was calling him for shows, as many thought, but he decided to turn down offers, till he’s done with the launch of his ‘Reign’ Album.

According to him, he wanted to have enough time on his hands to prepare for the launch of his album and had a covenant with God to help him prove to Ghanaians that he’s indeed that special one. Wale added that he fasted a lot for his album and what would happen on the 13th will change people’s perspective about him.

He, however, stated that he would start accepting offers to perform at shows once he’s done with the launch of his album.

The Reign album launch concert will start at 6 pm tomorrow and Shatta Wale will hit the stage to perform around 9 pm and the show will close at midnight.
