Henry Nana Boakye Biography ( Nana B )

Lawyer Henry Nana Boakye is the current National Youth Organiser of the NPP and a strong pillar in the campaign team projecting the works of the ruling government.

His role as the leader of the youth of the party allows him to influence the daily activities of the youthful campaign movement of the NPP.

He is known to be a formidable influencer among young people in the party and is consulted widely on the role of young people in retaining his party in power.

Henry Nana Boakye AKA Nana B, happens to be one of the household names in Ghanaian politics.

Despite his young age, he has achieved a lot for himself in the political arena through his vibrancy and youthful exuberance.


National Service Scheme NSS

Henry Nana Boakye is currently the Deputy Executive Director of the National Service Scheme in charge of Operations and Programmes.

Nana B also took over from Sammi Awuku as the NPP’s Youth Organizer and is currently doing a great job in his office.

Apart from currently serving as the deputy director of the National Service Scheme and the Youth Organizer, Nana B has served the party in different capacities.


Education

Nana B had his tertiary education at the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT) in Tarkwa and he had the privilege to be a founding member and President of TESCON, UMaT in the 2004/2005 academic year.


NPP National Youth Organiser

Nana B was an indefatigable campaign Team Member in the Tarkwa Nsuaem constituency for the NPP in the 2004 elections.

He subsequently was the Polling station Chairman, Kamponase gate: Tarkwa Nsuaem constituency.

Nana B, due to his hardwork and resilience, had the opportunity to serve as co-Chairman, of the planning committee for TESCON’S 10th-anniversary celebration held on the campus of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in 2011.

Nana B, who later enrolled in KNUST to further his studies, also became the TESCON President of KNUST, 2011/2012.

Nana B also served as Polling station chairman for the KNUST, SECURITY. Oforikrom Constituency as well as the Communication officer for Oforikrom in 2013-2015 and a great Campaign team member for the Oforikrom constituency in the 2012 elections.
