Growing up in Tottenham, Headie One was influenced by American rappers such as Future and French Montana.
During this period, he came into contact with others who felt the same way about life, and thus he began to fall in love with music.
Following the release of solid verses on songs such as ‘Youngers From Farm’ and ‘Bang For My Set’ and some freestyles with fellow Tottenham affiliates in 2011, this young rapper was gaining real traction in the district.
This led to him releasing ‘Headz or Tails’, his first mixtape, and the track ‘On Sight’ becoming a street anthem.
