A 4 year old boy Gor Adamyan was gunned down in a suspected road rage attack pleaded to go shopping with his parents Meri Adamyan and Levon Tantushyan as he didn’t want to remain at home.
Gor Adamyan was shot dead while sitting in the back seat of his parents’ car in Lancaster, California on Friday en route to the store.
Meri Adamyan and Levon Tantushyan were planning to go alone to the store
Gor was at home with his 16-year-old brother and parents Friday when the parents announced they were going to get groceries.
While the parents, Meri Adamyan and Levon Tantushyan, were planning to go alone to the store, Gor began to cry and did not want to remain home, according to Coronado.
The parents decided to take the boy with them.
“The little boy started crying. They relented and took him with them.
Family spokesperson Miguel Coronado revealed Adamyan and Tantushyan are “devastated” that they took Gor on the trip.
He told KTLA: “They’re confused, in and out of awareness … and in disbelief that this happened to their family.”
The boy was hit three times by the shots that were fired, according to Coronado.
Gor was shot in the upper torso and rushed to the hospital where he died, per Los Angeles cops.
Police claimed that a driver cut off the family’s car and chased them through several streets.
During the car chase, Gor’s parents slowed down their car before the suspect driver opened fire, according to cops.
Coronado said: “It was clear road rage.”
He also claimed that Adamyan and Tantushyan’s car accidentally cut off the suspects’ vehicle.
