Farouk Adams Bail
News reaching the front desk of ghlinks.com.gh indicates that the Berekum Circuit Court in the Berekum Municipality has granted a GHS60,000 bail with 4 sureties to Aduana Stars defender Farouk Adams.
Before he was granted bail today, the central defender of Aduana Stars was remanded into police custody for fourteen days for allegedly causing the death of a police officer.
His case will be recalled on April 7, 2021.
Six charges were preferred against Farouk Adams after he was arrested in connection with the fatal accident involving the death of the police officer.
He was charged with careless and inconsiderate driving. Also on the charge sheet is negligently causing harm and failing to report the accident to police.
The rest are driving a motor vehicle without valid road user certificates and driving a motor vehicle without valid insurance.
