CEO of Rufftown Records and manager of the late dancehall diva Ebony Reigns, Ricky Nana Agyemang popularly known as Bullet has assured that the Ebony Reigns Memorial Concert will be held every year to celebrate the dead musician.

Bullet disclosed this, (together with father of the dead musician, Starboy Kwarteng) to Sammy Flex in an exclusive interview on Zylofon Fm on Tuesday.

As monitored by ghlinks.com.gh, the CEO of Rufftown Records said Ebony of blessed memory held a legacy which is worth celebrating and this year’s celebration being the first of its kind will continue for a long time to come. He added that she will be celebrated just like gone heroes like Bob Marley, etc. “It’s going to be an annual thing. Hopefully we will take it to other parts of Ghana and even the world.  It’s going to be like the way Bob Marley is celebrated.”

Ebony Reigns who lost her life in February last year to a gory car accident was due to be celebrated last February, but family and former employers of the deceased musician decided to hold the celebrations this month.

According to the father of the former artiste of the year for VGMA 2018, the celebrations will be a 3 day celebrations. He emphasized that a year celebrations is very significant to the family and even the dead person and as such should be accorded due respect. “One year is celebrated once in a lifetime and we are going to celebrate it the best way we can.”

According to Bullet, on the 29th of March, there will be the Memorial Concert at the Westhills Mall at Weija and will feature top musicians from the music industry who will be passing through to support and pay respect to Ebony Reigns. On the 30th, there will be a gathering for Stakeholders at Str8 Lounge at Weija and to climax everything, the final celebrations at Dansoman Keep Fit Club on 31ar of March.
