A Nottingham University student named Grace Kumar was stabbed to death as she walked home.
Grace O’Malley Kumar, 19, was walking home after a celebratory night out in the city to mark the end of exams with fellow student, 19-year-old Barnaby Webber, when they came across a hooded knifeman.
It emerged today that Grace’s father is hero doctor Dr Sanjoy Kumar, who saved the lives of three teenagers stabbed in a gang attack near his surgery near Chingford, east London, in 2009.
