Ghanaian-based American investigative Journalist and self-acclaimed anti-corruption campaigner, Kelvin Ekow Taylor has made a bold declaration about the proceedings.
In what he described as a disappointment, he fumed over the attempt by the Justices to suppress Tsatsu Tsikata from putting forward his argument.
According to him, it is imperative that Jean Mensah mounts the witness box to render accountability to Ghanaians over her job.
Kelvin Taylor is convinced and remains optimistic that the Court would grant the Petitioner a leave to reopen his case and compel Jean Mensah to be subpoenaed.
Speaking on his televised With All Due Respect show last night, he showered praises on Tsatsu Tsikata over his intelligence while advising him not to overpower the judges in his argument.
Read his strong message Tsatsu Tsikata below;
“Tsatsu Tsikata had a strong point in his argument. He tried very well to make the Judges understand his argument and that’s the best any lawyer can do. He just said, if anyone wants to question the EC then it is the head [Jean Mensah] who is the right person to be questioned.”
“How can the court not understand this argument? We have the Chief Justice to give us better interpretation if Tsatsu Tsikata is wrong. Anyway, Tsatsu Tsikata please don’t repeat that in Court again. The ruling will tell us how Chief Justice interpreted it.”
