On 6 June 2018, Daniel Kofi Kyereh made his club debut for Wehen Wiesbaden .
He scored in a 3–1 win over Ingolstadt in a relegation match to help Wehen secure promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga.
Kyereh was released on 30 June 2020 after the club was relegated from 2019–20 2 Bundesliga season.
In July 2020, Kyereh signed a three-year contract with FC St. Pauli, scoring two late goals during the first game of the season to earn a point.
Daniel Kofi-Kyereh joined St.Pauli on a free transfer last summer and has a running contract till 2023.
