Internationally recognized reggae and dancehall act, Stonebwoy has fired shots at organizers of the annual Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA), Chater House for their comments against him and his new found best friend Shatta Wale.
According to the award-winning dance hall musician, the event organizing company does not have the interest of Ghanaian musicians at heart.
The CEO of Chater House in a comment to the media on whether the two dance hall acts should have their indefinite bans lifted said the industry needs to rise above the two dance hall acts.
Her response got Shatta Wale to record a live Facebook video threatening to have the government ban the company from from organizing further award programs.
Stonebwoy in a swift response on his official twitter page a while after said it is rather unfortunate that Chatter House cares less about Ghanaian musicians.
He further expressed his disappointment in the CEO of the company in what he described as unnecessary comments for calling on the media to quench their careers.
““May I conclude that Charterhouse does not have the interest of Ghanaian musicians and Ghana music at heart? With all due respect #MrsTeresa I’m disappointed!! Calling on Ghana media to help you quench our careers is a very low blow,” he tweeted.
