The Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram constituency, Hon. Sam George hit hard at the National security and has called on the president to control them.
According to him, failure to do so will cause the NDC to take other drastic measures to curb brutalities against them.
Sam George was reacting to the recent violence at the Odododiodio Constituency in Accra on TV3’s New Day. He mentioned that national security is wrong to directly shoot at people. He insisted that the Ghana Police are tasked with that duty and not them.
Sam George further mentioned that the political violence during the PP is becoming unbecoming, citing the Ayawaso West Waguon violence as an example and said the NDC as a party has to sit down and take actions against future incidence.
“if the National Security Minister and Minister of Interior do not call these boys to order, we shall treat them as rogues on the streets. “They have no business firing guns and threatening people in public. They aren’t the police service. The police are responsible for our lives in Ghana not them”
