Who Is Francis Omata
Photographs of Commander, Francis Omata have surfaced the web after he was blamed for being responsible for the Lekki Massacre.
Brigadier General Omata is the presiding officer who gave the shooting order according to DJ Switch.
He was promoted to the position of Brigadier General on the 11th of November, 2019.
He was a member of the Special Task Force Operation SAFE HAVEN;
Omata is now the Training officer of 81 Division Headquarters, Lagos.
Education
He studied at Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna, Nigeria.
He also attended Federal Government College in Okigwe, Imo state.
