Nico Goon, a 2024 graduate of the Bishop Manogue Catholic High School in Reno NV, has died, his family announced.
Details of Goon’s death are currently unavailable. A celebration of life is planned for January 11th at the Grace Church at 1220 Robb Drive in Reno.
A scholarship fund is set to be established in Goon’s name.
Reno Goon attended Bishop Manogue from 2020 through 2024. He played varsity football as an offensive and defensive lineman.
Colleagues shared tributes following news of his passing.
“I’ll always remember Nico’s beaming smile and upbeat personality. Praying for his family,” one post read.
Another said: “His smile could light up a room. Love and prayers to the Goon Family,”
