The Ghanaian music industry has been categorized with beefs between artistes over the years. Most of the prolific artistes in the country have made the trend list over the years with their beefs which they direct at each other.
Recently, we witnessed one between Sarkodie and Asem as well as Shatta Wale after the release of Sarkodie’s ‘Zub zero’ single. A few days ago, Sista Efia also released ‘WTF’ which many believe is directed at Sister Deborah and Wendy Shay.
Well, songstress Adina believes beefing anyone in the industry isn’t meant for her. In an interview with TV3’s Mzgee via Skype, the singer said she doesn’t see the need to beef anyone because it won’t take her anywhere in her music career. “I don’t think I would because I don’t think it’s going to [take] me where I want to go in the industry…”, she said.
Reacting to what she thinks about the beef song of female artistes, she said she doesn’t see anything going wrong between Ghanaian female artistes in the country. ““I don’t think there is negativity [among] the females in the industry and I think it’s been cool for a very long time we haven’t had any issues…
