Becca Tells Inside Story On Cardi B Snub

Ghanaian songstress Becca has revealed that she invited all the female artistes for the infamous ‘Meet & Greet’ session with Cardi B.

Speaking with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz, on Tuesday morning, the ‘Driving License’ crooner noted that she was already lodging at the hotel. She also added that, as a result, she did not leave.

“I did not leave the ‘Meet & Greet’. Neither did I wait. I was lodging at the hotel already. She did make it up after reaching out,” she said.

The ‘Meet & Greet’ which eventually happened at about 8.40pm got many of the invited guests fire verbal shots at Cardi B and the organisers.

She later apologised for the mishap, while mentioning that she didn’t know about such a section.

However, Becca also noted that she also sent messages to apologise to those who were affected by the unfortunate incident.

“I personally sent messages to apologise to the people I invited for the Meet & Greet with Cardi B,” she said.

The US rapper has developed a soft spot for Akuapem Poloo, one of the few who were available for the ‘Meet & Greet’, later in the night.

When quizzed about the relationship between the two (2), Becca told Andy Dosty that ‘Bodak Yellow’ rapper says she really love Akuapem Poloo.

“She told me she really loved Akuapem Polo. She followed all the people I talked to her about. She also apologized to every single person that was invited to the Meet & Greet.”
