Chicago, IL — Tragedy struck late Wednesday night outside a popular nightclub in Chicago’s River North neighborhood, leaving four people dead and 14 others injured after a drive-by shooting.
Among those confirmed dead are two young victims: Tay Tay and Avi Drexler.
The shooting happened around 11 p.m. outside Artis Lounge nightclub on West Chicago Avenue, where a crowd had gathered for rapper Mello Buckzz’s album release party.
According to police, a dark-colored car drove by the club and someone inside opened fire into the crowd.
The vehicle then sped off, leaving behind panic, bloodshed, and heartbreak.
Authorities say most of the victims were in their 20s and 30s. While eight of the injured are in stable condition, several remain in critical condition.
No arrests have been made as of now, and police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
