Hearts Of Oak General Manager, Mr. Frederick Moore has set the bar high for the phobians, with a trophy his target when the league resumes for the second round.
Mr. Frederick Moore, who has been praised a lot for his management of the Accra based club did not move words when he spoke of the club’s targets for this season.
Speaking to Twifoman FM in an interview, Mr. Moore said,
“Our core business is football so if we don’t win a trophy, I have not done anything,”
“I know people talk about sponsorship, training and a lot of thing. If we don’t win a trophy, I havent done anything,” he continued.
“The supporters will have to be happy and get the team to a position that supporters will ask how many goals we scored. We have to work as a team and success will come easily,” he concluded.”
Hearts of Oak are currently outside the top 4 in the Ghana Premier League, and six points off the top spot.
Many have bemoaned the attack of the phobians as they have struggled to find goals this season. However, with the transfer window open, Mr Moore is looking to bring in some new faces to bolster the squad and help them reach their goals.
