Davido is optimistic that a lot of non-Christian worshippers will ascend into heaven, at the expense of most loyal Christians.
Although his assertion is not based on scientific evidence, the 26-year-old Afrobeats star may have come to this debatable conclusion from observing several donations made in the wake of the pandemic.
Despite the unknown religious affiliations of many donors, a majority of Nigerian preachers, who live lavishly at the detriment of their members, are thought to have ghosted on then since the country reported its first case.
