AFCON competition will kick off in Gabon on Saturday as the group pairings have already been done.

Many football fans are looking forward to the country that will take the trophy home. Others are looking forward to having the best of entertainment through the footballers’ performances.

Whichever one it is, there are many well-known faces in UEFA that will be appearing at AFCON 2017 too. This is because these ‘European’ players are, first of all, African. Here they are, in no particular order:
