10 chase G.I.J beauty crown .

Come Saturday, April 23rd, at the Alisa Hotel, 10 contestants will vie to be crowned Face of G.I.J 2016 with organizers promising the best event ever.

One of the ten delegates dream of becoming a beauty queen will come to pass this Saturday; Paulina Opoku, Afia Yeboah, Precious Akosua Fiakunah, Elizabeth Bramwill, Emefa Sedziafa, Esther Agbo, Tracy Abdul, Nimat Emefa Tijani, Adriana Adu and Laura Naa Lamley Mills will come face-to-face with each other as this year’s show has been boosted with a prize package of GHC 2,000.

This year’s edition, under the theme, ‘Abortion and the Tertiary Student’, will see the contestants exhibit their talents, strut their stuff on the catwalk and answer general questions from the judges.

According to organizers of the event, the lucky winner will walk away with GHC2, 000 cash and products from sponsors, free photo-shoot with EF Photography and a free make-up voucher.

“The first and second runners up will receive GHC1500 and GHC 1000 with products from sponsors and make –up coupon respectively.

The night will witness great performances from Ghanaian musicians such as Choirmaster , One Phamily and Blackboi.

The programme, put together by the GIJ SRC under the auspices of the women’s commissioner as part of the Women’s Week celebration have promised to provide patrons with an unfulfilling and a memorable event.
